By visiting or shopping at our store, you accept the following site terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Orders are processed the business day following receipt. All orders are handed off to the carrier Monday through Friday by 4:00 PM EST on the scheduled shipping date. Next-day shipping refers to the transit time once an order is completed and handed off to the carrier.

**NOTICE:
At Honor U, our products are intended for private use, entertainment, replacement or restoration of lost or damaged documents, additional copies for home or office, novelty purposes, props for movies and commercials, or for personal records. Our products are not intended to be used to misrepresent yourself in any way or for resale. We respect intellectual property rights and do not claim ownership of any university seals, logos, or trademarks used on our products. By using our site, you agree to this statement and acknowledge that you are responsible for ensuring the legality of any designs or logos you request.

If you use our products inappropriately, you accept full responsibility and assume all risks and consequences. We cannot and will not be held liable for any damages resulting from the misuse of your product. By using our site and/or placing an order, you agree to this notice and acknowledge that you are responsible for ensuring the legality of any designs or logos you request.

Honor U reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders that we deem inappropriate or in violation of our policies.

Our diploma and certificate covers are inspired by original designs but are not exact replicas unless a customer provides a logo with permission for its use. In cases where emblems, seals, or logos are not supplied, we create our own designs to ensure compliance with copyright and trademark standards.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHANGE YOUR ORDER IF IT WILL BENEFIT THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT:

By placing an order and agreeing to these terms and conditions, you understand that Honor U reserves the right to make adjustments to your order if we believe it will improve the final product. These adjustments may include, but are not limited to, modifying the design, materials, or other aspects of the cover to ensure quality and functionality. For example, we may need to adjust the size or color of materials or replace certain elements to meet our standards. Any such changes will always be made with the intent of enhancing the product. If these adjustments result in a change to the price or a credit, we will notify you accordingly. Complaints about changes will be addressed, and any reprints will incur a fee. 

When placing your order, we recommend adding contact@wehonoru.com to your address book to ensure our emails, including digital mock-ups, don’t end up in your Junk Mail folder.

If you prefer not to add us to your address book, please be sure to check your Bulk Mail folder while your order is being processed.

RETURN POLICY & GUARANTEE:
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for products that are deemed not "real enough." Please ensure you have conducted the necessary research and are satisfied with your order before completing your purchase.

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

  • If we are unable to process your order due to unclear or incomplete information provided in the order form, and you do not respond to our attempts to contact you,
  • If you have overpaid for your order.

If there is a mistake in spelling or content due to our production error, we will promptly replace the product and reship it using your original shipping preference. However, if the mistake is a result of incorrect information provided by you (such as typos or errors in the order form), we will not issue a refund, but you may place a new order for a replacement, and additional fees may apply.

You have 30 days from the date of your order to notify us of a misprint or to request a reprint. After this period, we will need to recreate your order to correct mistakes or fulfill reprints, and additional fees may apply.

We do not provide refunds for delays caused by the shipper (UPS, USPS). Once your package is picked up by the carrier, we lose control of the shipping process. If the carrier is unable to locate your address or you are unavailable to sign for your package, and it doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe, we cannot be held responsible. In these cases, you may file a claim directly with the carrier for reimbursement.

CANCELLATIONS - Before Product is Shipped

Unpaid Orders
You can cancel an unpaid order at any time.

Paid Orders - Order has not been shipped:
Cancellations can be accepted if the order has not yet entered production. If you wish to cancel, please do so as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours of placing your order. If production has already begun, you may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of your order total to cover design and processing costs.

Paid Orders - Order has been shipped:
Once your order has been shipped, we cannot provide a refund. If there are any issues or changes required after shipment, you may need to place a new order or follow our policy for reprints, depending on the nature of the issue.

Fraud Prevention Policy

To protect against fraud, we use Shopify’s fraud detection system, which may flag orders for further verification. If your order is flagged, we may contact you for additional details or hold the shipment until the issue is resolved.

DIGITAL MOCK-UPS/PROOF REVIEW SERVICE:

Please provide a valid email address for digital mock-up service. Reviewing and approving your digital mock-up is an important step in the process. If multiple revisions are requested, this could delay the production timeline and, consequently, the shipping date. Please review your mock-up carefully and provide clear feedback to help us avoid unnecessary delays. If we do not receive a response within 2 business days, we will proceed with the design we’ve created for you and ship your order to avoid further delays.
