Shipping policy
We strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible. Production usually begins the business day after we receive your order. To ensure the fastest fulfillment, please make sure we have all the necessary information to complete your order.
For smaller orders, we typically ship within 1 business day.
Custom orders may require additional time to process. Bulk orders are typically processed within 3 to 4 business days if all items are in stock. For out-of-stock styles or quantities, processing may take between 4 to 7 weeks.

Shipping is typically handled via UPS with trackable options. For orders over $35, free shipping is automatically applied and fulfilled via UPS Ground. For orders under $35, the final shipping service is based on your selection at checkout.
Once your order has shipped, it is the responsibility of UPS/USPS. We provide tracking numbers so you can monitor the delivery status.
We strive to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. However, we are unable to provide refunds for lost, late, or damaged packages once they have been shipped. If you experience any issues, please reach out to us at contact@wehonoru.com, and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the situation. In some cases, we may offer a reshipment or help you with the claims process.
