Production starts the next business day.

Most orders are finished in 1 to 2 business days.
How fast do smaller orders ship?
Smaller orders typically ship within 1 business day after production.
How long do bulk orders take?
Bulk orders take 3 to 4 business days.
What if an item is out of stock?
Out-of-stock items take 4 to 7 weeks.
When is shipping free?
Orders over $35 ship free via UPS Ground.
What if my order is under $35?
Choose a shipping service at checkout. We do not charge a flat $30 shipping fee.
Do orders include tracking?
Yes. Every shipped order includes tracking.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes. Pickup is at HU HQ, 2305 Commerce Center Dr., Suite G, Rockville, VA 23146, usually ready in 2 to 4 days.
